I don’t get why people in high school hang out with each other in college. I mean, it’s okay to keep in touch here and there, but taking classes together? Seeing each other everyday? Doing everything with them? It’s like high school all over again. What is the point of going to college, really. You can’t be independent and even if you meet new people, you’re still glued to the past with a high school mentality. It’s like you’re not making any new friends or meeting new people. I’m not saying that it’s bad thing, but part of college is meeting people, and making new connections. If you’re going to stick with your high school buddies throughout college, then it’s a shame for your college career. Sometimes, you just gotta move on and do your own thing. Everyone has to do it eventually.
